Planning significantly shapes a leader's skills by influencing both intrinsic attributes and extrinsic abilities. Its most profound impact on intrinsic Character and intrinsic Capacity is at the Expert level, as it demands profound ethical foresight and immense mental endurance for complex, long-term visions. Conversely, inherent Competence is most enhanced at the Advanced level, where strategic thinking and scenario planning sharpen analytical rigor. For extrinsic Competence, the most significant impact is also at the Advanced level through the practical application of strategic planning and risk management skills. Meanwhile, extrinsic Capacity reaches its peak impact at the Expert level, enabling the orchestration of vast and complex initiatives.
