It builds Character by cultivating self-awareness, purpose, and emotional intelligence, leading to principled and empathetic leadership. For Competence, self-mastery drives continuous personal growth, resilience in learning, and the disciplined application of skills. Finally, it enhances Capacity by enabling individuals to manage themselves, their energy, and their responses effectively, allowing them to take on greater challenges and responsibilities.
