Solution-focused approaches significantly impact a leader's Character, Competence, and Capacity, fostering both intrinsic and extrinsic development, with diverse levels of impact. Intrinsically, it enhances Character most at the Proficient level by cultivating responsibility and persistence in problem-solving. Intrinsic Competence is most developed at the Advanced level through creative problem-solving and design thinking. In contrast, inherent Capacity reaches its peak impact at the Expert level due to the mental endurance required for pioneering solutions. Extrinsically, Competence sees its most significant impact at the Advanced level through applied design thinking and innovation. In contrast, Capacity and Character demonstration are most affected at the Expert level, guiding large-scale solutions with integrity.
